Regional Sales Manager

Location : Field-based

As Marsh Finance accelerates its strategic growth plans for 2026 and beyond , we're expanding our dealership network and strengthening our presence in the near-prime motor finance space.

We’re looking for a dynamic, relationship-driven Regional Sales Manager to champion dealer acquisition, nurture high-value partnerships, and elevate our regional footprint.

This is a high-impact, business development–focused role , supported by internal account management teams, allowing you to do what you do best : build, influence, and grow.

🚀 What You’ll Do
  • Proactively develop new dealer relationships across your region
  • Identify and target near‑prime opportunity hotspots
  • Negotiate competitive finance solutions and close high‑potential deals
Own In‑Life Dealer Relationship Management
  • Build long‑lasting relationships with dealerships
  • Deliver ongoing support, performance reviews, and commercial insight
  • Maximise dealer engagement and align solutions to their needs
Collaborate & Influence Internally
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams for seamless onboarding
  • Share market intelligence, performance insights, and dealer feedback
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and enhanced dealer journeys
Leverage Data & Market Insight
  • Interpret performance trends and competitor activity
  • Strategically prioritise your region for maximum return
  • Make informed recommendations that support business growth
