A leading housing organization is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee property repairs and manage a team in North London. Responsibilities include managing contractors, ensuring efficient communication, and maintaining high performance standards. We are recruiting for a Regional Property Manager to oversee a team of Property Surveyors and a Partnering Support Officer. You will manage disrepair, complex repairs, insurance claims, complaints, alteration requests and other response repairs activity across the MTVH stock in North London. You will manage contractors in line with contracts, seek continuous improvement, ensure clear communication with all parties, carefully monitor workstreams, ensure accurate and robust record keeping and provide reports on performance for all KPIs.
