Overview

Regional Operations Director – Essex. Hours per week: 40. Salary: £75k per annum plus car allowance.

Responsibilities

• As Regional Operations Director, you will be responsible for a portfolio of homes.
• You will be expected to manage, develop, inspire and support the home managers to ensure the homes achieve full compliance with all regulatory bodies and provide a high quality of service to our residents.
