About the Business

An opportunity to be a Regional Finance Business Partner for a leading UK company based in Worcester, who have lots of growth potential and really look after their employees. This role gives you a fantastic chance to be in a growing, impactful Finance team.

Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of producing business performance information and offering practical financial guidance to internal customers and stakeholders to support monitoring, planning and decision-making.
  • Maintain complete and accurate financial records, control frameworks and policy documentation to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations, and oversee related processes.
  • Help design, implement and monitor systems and controls to preserve a strong control environment and protect the organisation's financial position.
  • Foster productive working relationships across the business, proactively resolving issues and closing gaps to maintain high standards of service.
  • Lead recruitment, performance management and development activity for the finance team, building capability to meet organisational objectives.
  • Support cross-functional change projects and business improvement initiatives as required.
Location / Office / Culture

The role is hybrid, typically with 3 days in the office based in Worcester. The company operate from a modern office consisting of a large and strong finance team. The business is very flexible in its working patterns and promotes an inclusive, collaborative culture where employees are encouraged to grow and thrive.
