A healthcare technology company is seeking a Regional Account Manager to oversee relationships with NHS partners across North England and the Midlands. This senior role involves managing a portfolio of accounts, leading strategic initiatives, and ensuring customer retention. Candidates should have 5-7 years of experience in Account Management and a solid grasp of healthcare workflows. The position requires frequent travel to client sites and offers competitive compensation and extensive benefits including a share options package and private healthcare.
Please note: This role requires availability to travel as needed to our NHS partner sites within North England and Midlands. We are looking for candidates who are living in that area OR candidates that are London based and happy to travel frequently as needed to these sites. The Regional Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our NHS partners, with a focus on retention, as well as looking for opportunities to maximise value from our solution to ensure successful renewal.
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts within your assigned region, becoming the go-to person for our NHS partners. You will also lead engagement strategies for the wider healthcare system, working with stakeholders from ICBs, Cancer Alliances and NHS Trusts.
This is a senior role where you are expected to work with autonomy and be comfortable leading the charge and taking responsibility within your assigned region. You will work alongside the wider Account Management team and report to the NHS Account Management Lead.
Once you join our team, we will ensure you benefit from a thorough onboarding programme. Aside from regular 121s, appraisals and informal check-ins, all employees have access to training and professional development opportunities.
The role requires availability to travel as needed to our NHS partner sites within your assigned region, which will be across North England and Midlands.
You will be at client sites 2 times per week, and in our offices (Farringdon, London) once a month.
