Job Title:Refurbishment Administrator

Job Summary and key responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Refurbishment Manager
  • Requesting quotations for works
  • Processing invoices
  • Raising works orders
  • Chasing outstanding works orders and quotes
  • Arrange audit visits for tenanted properties
  • Maintaining and creating spreadsheets in excel and Smartsheet where necessary
  • Liaising/chasing contractors for start/finish dates
  • Checking and uploading photos
