Recruitment Scheduling Coordinator (Temporary)

Location: Hybrid in Welwyn Garden City
Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, 40 hours per week
Salary: £35,000 per annum (approx. £16.83 per hour)

SRM Recruitment is excited to be partnering with a leading organisation to recruit a Recruitment Scheduling Coordinator – a key role blending scheduling expertise with recruitment administration to keep operations running smoothly.

This is a varied role supporting the temporary workforce recruitment team. The position blends scheduling coordination with general recruitment administration. Responsibilities include managing urgent staffing requirements, coordinating shifts, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling & Coordination
    • Cover the recruitment phone line for urgent staffing needs.
    • Book staff for short-term and last-minute shifts.
    • Coordinate attendance and confirm shift details.
  • Recruitment Administration
    • Create workforce profiles on the ATS.
    • Book staff onto training courses.
    • Screen calls for new applications.
    • Maintain accurate records across systems.
  • Stakeholder Communication
    • Liaise with site managers and employees to confirm availability.
