We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established business within the construction and infrastructure sector, looking for an experienced Temporary Recruitment Administrator / Resourcer to support their busy recruitment function.

This is a part‑time temporary role, ideal for someone with strong high‑volume recruitment experience who enjoys a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment.

The Role

Working 25–32 hours per week (approximately 5–6.5 hours per day)

Typical hours could be 9am–3pm, however there is flexibility on start and finish times

Supporting high‑volume recruitment across site‑based operational roles, including Operatives and Supervisors

Managing candidate screening, onboarding and compliance

Booking and coordinating inductions for new starters

Liaising with hiring managers and supporting day‑to‑day recruitment activity

About You

Previous experience in high‑volume recruitment (agency or in‑house) is essential

Strong organisational and administrative skills

Confident working at pace and managing multiple vacancies

Comfortable using recruitment systems and Microsoft Office

Must be able to drive, as the office location is not accessible via public transport
