Role Overview
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our recruitment consultants by sourcing and engaging top-tier candidates. Your responsibilities will include:
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to identify potential candidates.
- Application Management: Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and manage the candidate pipeline.
- Database Maintenance: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions.
- Job Advertising: Craft and post compelling job adverts in line with company procedures.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews and liaise between candidates and consultants.
- Compliance Checks: Conduct pre-employment and compliance verifications in accordance with company policy and relevant legislation.
- Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a high level of customer service throughout the recruitment process.
- Market Research: Stay informed about market trends to attract and retain top talent.
- Administrative Support: Assist recruitment consultants with administrative tasks to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
