Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Location: Bristol City Centre

Salary: £28,000 basic as a trainee rising to £32,000 as a consultant (up to £100k+ from year 2) plus 25 days holiday, rapid progression, and personal development.

The role involves receiving full one‑to‑one training, managing your own recruitment business, lead generation, candidate selection, and overseeing the recruitment project life‑cycle.
