Are you an experienced construction recruiter ready to take the next step in your career? Join Apex Resources Ltd, a leading specialist agency working with some of the UK's most respected national brands.

We're expanding our Construction Division across Manchester, and we're looking for a driven, client-focused Consultant to play a key role in our growth.

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll partner with major national organisations to deliver a first-class recruitment service to Construction firms nationwide.

You'll manage the full 360 recruitment process, from business development and client engagement to candidate sourcing and placements whist positively contributing to a high performance culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle across Temporary or permanent roles
  • Develop and maintain strong client and candidate relationships through consultative engagement.
  • Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and candidate interviews.
  • Build and nurture a robust pipeline of business opportunities.
  • Lead effective client meetings and win new business.
  • Identify and manage key accounts while supporting junior team members' development.
  • Collaborate with management to maintain and exceed company performance standards.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell across business divisions.

  • Proven experience in Construction recruitment (Temp or permanent).
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
