Our consultants are provided with large patches to develop, internal & external training, a relaxed working environment with no micro-management or KPIs, and a state-of-the-art database developed over more than a decade.
This role suits an experienced recruiter looking to move to a mature environment where trust is paramount. You should be driven to earn high commissions, possess an excellent telephone manner, and engage with clients & candidates both on the phone and via Zoom or in person.
You will join a Manchester city centre office with over 80 years of legal recruitment experience. The team works collaboratively, sharing candidates & deals regularly. Support and guidance from colleagues and managers are always available. The staff turnover is low, with a strong core of experienced recruiters.
We offer a competitive basic salary and an unrivalled commission scheme, allowing you to earn up to 60% on placements each quarter. There are no thresholds or carry-forwards; you earn on everything billed. With a large patch and ample scope, you can easily earn £20,000 just by hitting targets. Top billers can earn over £50,000 in commissions annually.
We have a state-of-the-art, well-stocked database and advertise on leading job boards. Our focus is on permanent & full-time roles across a range of clients, from high street to magic circle firms.
