On-site Recruitment Consultant – Swindon – £28,000 to £30,000 per annum – Immediate Start. Nexus People are currently recruiting for an On-site Recruitment Consultant to be based at our busy client location in Swindon.

Responsibilities
  • Deal with all aspects of recruitment, from attraction to onboarding.
  • Manage interviews and assessments, proactively maintaining a pool of available candidates.
  • Complete all compliance and referencing checks in line with company policy.
  • Remain aware of local area competition, fluctuations in pay rates, and changes to candidate activity.
  • Provide supply reports when requested.
Working Hours
  • Sunday to Thursday or Monday to Friday.
  • Full-time role with occasional additional hours during busier periods.
