Overview

Accelerate Personnel are currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our team! As a start-up business that are going from strength to strength we are keen to add to our already highly talented team and would love to work with more likeminded people to join us in our Accelerate Personnel journey.

Due to expanding we are looking to speak to candidates with various levels of recruitment experience, from Resourcer to Senior Consultants to work in our temporary division (Hot desk).

Here at Accelerate Personnel we believe in team work, working together. This role would be working on a fast paced, already well established desk within the Norfolk and Suffolk area, sharing responsibilities such as the out of hours support.

Responsibilities
  • Screening prospective job applicants to evaluate their skills and qualifications

  • Producing and posting job adverts that attract appropriate candidates
  • Cold calling companies to promote recruitment services
  • Meeting with new clients to develop and expand business opportunities
  • Achieving recruitment quotas and business development targets each month
