CV Technical is a specialist recruitment business focusing on the engineering industry. We have achieved a turnover of £1 million per year since 2021 and are expanding with a new modern office in Hinckley to support growth in the coming years.
Our team consists of experienced consultants who aim to succeed individually and contribute to the company’s expansion. We are looking to hire another Recruitment Consultant to join our fast-paced team.
Based in our brand new office in Hinckley, you will work as a 360-recruitment consultant within an engineering and manufacturing focus. The role concentrates on new business with weekly and monthly KPIs. You will have a wide customer base and will build new relationships with candidates and clients.
We’re looking for individuals with ambition, energy, and enthusiasm. Whether you’re an experienced engineering recruiter or a recruiter considering moving industries, this role could suit you. Training, development, and support will be offered to all successful candidates.
Commission: You will be paid a monthly uncapped commission based on the revenue you generate for the company. The more you bill, the more you earn. The structure is uncapped, offering the potential to maximise earnings. Highest earners are hitting 6 figures.
Incentives: We recognise hard work with monthly team targets and team rewards when targets are met. Individual weekly, quarterly, and yearly targets are supported with a variety of incentives (e.g., team events, bonuses, and other rewards).
