A leading care organization is seeking a Recruitment Administrator to provide efficient recruitment services. This part-time position involves managing applications, conducting interviews, and maintaining recruitment records. Ideal candidates will have strong interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and possess good organizational abilities. The role is based at the head office in Pontefract, UK, offering a salary up to £55,800 including bonuses. Specific Hours: Monday- Thursday 9am-5pm, Fridays- 9am-4pm
Salary: Up to £55,800 (includes Ofsted and Occupancy bonuses)

We are currently looking for a Recruitment Administrator who is able to provide a professional, pro-active and efficient recruitment service to Dove Adolescent Services. You will work closely with Hiring Managers and the Central HR team to place adverts, support shortlisting of applications, and build a relationship with candidates throughout the hiring process.
To take ownership for the administration of respective vacancies ensuring that all recruitment activities, from advertising through to appointment are completed in a timely manner and ensure quality of service.
