One of our large, long-standing clients is seeking a Receptionist to join their administration team on a permanent basis. Ideally, they’re looking for someone that’s happy to work full-time (37.5 hours), 16:00 - 00:00, Monday-Friday.

Ideally, they’re looking for someone a team player with experience in primary care that will answer the phone, emails, and texts, liaise with other staff (both clinical and non-clinical), and carry out additional admin tasks

You will be the first point of contact for patients visiting the Urgent Care Centre, ensuring they are welcomed, booked in, seen by the appropriate clinician, and supported with any queries they may have. You will also support the onsite Team Leader by ensuring that the reception area and clinical rooms remain clean and tidy.

The UCC service runs 7:45am to 12am every day, all year round, including all bank holidays.
