Job summary

A well-established Oil & Gas company in London is seeking a Receptionist to provide a seamless front-of-house experience. The successful candidate will manage meeting room bookings, screen calls, and support client meetings. Prior experience in a corporate reception environment is essential. This role offers competitive hourly pay and is fully office-based.

  • Conduct regular meeting room checks to ensure functionality.
  • Liaise with hospitality teams for catering requirements.
  • Manage security passes and prepare access audit reports.

Key responsibilities for this Receptionist:

  • Provide a warm, professional and seamless front‑of‑house experience
  • Answer, screen and redirect calls efficiently and professionally
  • Manage the booking and smooth running of 30 meeting rooms, updating Outlook invites and tracking changes
  • Support the setup of client meetings and events, including logistics, IT, hospitality, room layout and ad hoc support
  • Conduct regular meeting room checks to ensure furniture, equipment and AV are in place and functional
  • Liaise closely with hospitality teams to ensure catering requirements are understood and delivered
  • Manage security passes, including issuing new and temporary passes, deactivating access when required and preparing access audit reports
