A national law firm is seeking a full-time Receptionist to join their Bristol office. The ideal candidate will excel in client-facing roles, showing excellent people skills and the ability to manage meeting rooms and associated services. Responsibilities include providing top-notch service to clients, ensuring the reception area is well maintained, and compiling usage reports. This role is key in delivering a first-class experience and requires strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
We are looking for a full-time Receptionist to join our Bristol office. As a Front of House receptionist, you will need to show excellent people skills, operation of the client boardrooms, meeting rooms, seminars, video conferencing facilities, room booking systems and the front of house provision of all associated services. You will work closely with your colleagues to ensure clients and visitors have a seamless journey. You will be passionate about delivering a first‑class experience and working to deadlines and dealing with any challenging client issues. You will be required to
Ensure that both reception and client meeting rooms are kept tidy and stocked with the correct items at all times. Ensure that all brochures are up‑to‑date and the correct material is on display.
Manage any items delivered into the reception area in accordance with the firm's SLA and pass them safely to the relevant recipient.
