We are looking for a friendly, organised and reliable Receptionist to join our GP practice team. This is a key front-of-house role, supporting patients and clinicians by ensuring appointments, enquiries and information are handled efficiently and respectfully. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients, both in person and over the phone. You will support the smooth running of the practice by working closely with clinical and administrative colleagues, managing day-to-day tasks, and helping ensure patients receive a safe, respectful and efficient service.
