We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join our workplace experience team on a brand-new ISS Government contract. In this role, you will deliver a first-class front-of-house service, ensuring a welcoming and seamless experience for customers, building users, and visitors.

Job Description

As a key part of the team, the Receptionist will play an active role in shaping the workplace experience, creating memorable moments for all stakeholders. You will champion our service culture, promoting the right behaviours and helping to build a positive, people-focused environment. Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, visitors, and colleagues, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience
  • Support workplace experience by assisting with enquiries, room bookings, events, and community initiatives
  • Collaborate with security to follow site processes, manage visitor registration, passes, and assist with evacuations or lockdowns
  • Conduct building tours, report faults, and maintain reception and common areas to high standards
  • Provide clear communication and assistance to visitors and ensure hosts meet guests before access is granted
  • Keep booking systems accurate, prepare for upcoming bookings, and serve as an information source for all site users
  • Support management and colleagues with administration, daily tasks, and cover for events or out-of-hours requirements
