Overview

Shropshire Community Leisure Trust is recruiting a Receptionist to join the team. Working hours: Casual, as and when required between Monday to Sunday. Salary: Up to £12.21 per hour + excellent benefits. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for customers, providing concise information and service regarding the facility and its offerings.

There will be a high level of customer interaction, including face-to-face contact, emails and telephone queries. The role may involve assisting other staff members as required.

Serco manages these facilities on a day-to-day basis on behalf of the Trust.

About you / Qualifications
  • Experience dealing face to face with customers in a busy environment; sales experience is desirable if possible.
  • Good communication and customer care skills, mature and calm under pressure, ability to handle cash and maintain customer records, and a good telephone manner.
  • Confident with using IT systems; customer service qualifications are desirable.
