A leading global healthcare provider is seeking a Front of House Receptionist at their London Bridge Hospital. The role involves ensuring a high level of service for patients and visitors, managing enquiries, and maintaining compliance with hospital policies. Candidates should have customer service experience and strong communication skills. This full-time position offers a salary of £27,222 per annum along with excellent benefits including private healthcare and generous holiday.
We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join our Front of House Team at our London Bridge Hospital Campus. As part of the team working at the various hospital reception areas, you will be responsible for delivering a service that creates the first and last impressions of every guest or patient who visits the hospital.

Ensure that all Hospital and Statutory Policies are adhered to at all times
Be competent and follow the departmental emergency procedures including Fire Alarm, Cardiac Arrest, loss of Switchboard or loss of pager system and any other emergency procedures related to the Front of House. (Including the daily Phone/Pager/Radios testing procedures)
To maintain the high 5* Service Standards of the patients, visitors, consultants and staff, continually aiming to exceed expectations
Deal with issues, complaints, requests, and enquiries promptly and courteously, notifying the individuals concerned and follows up accordingly.
To escort Patients to and from the relevant assigned rooms
To escort Visitors in/out of any HCA internal premises if required (in hours/out of hours)
Check the admission list on a daily basis and communicate accordingly with the Porters and Duty Managers - Front of House team and if necessary with Security
To ensure all relevant information and details are collected on admission stage as per instructions provided
To be professional and helpful with the out of hours switchboard duties
Previous experience within a similar, customer/client centric Reception role
Experience within the healthcare industry or a large corporate business would be advantageous
Excellent communication skills
