Responsibilities

  • Provide a professional Front of House service greeting visitors.
  • Deliver a great customer experience for all users in the office.
  • Maintain exceptional levels of customer service.
  • Meet and greet visitors, informing relevant staff of their arrival.
  • Deal with facilities-related queries from colleagues and visitors.
  • Maintain relationships with reception/security.
  • Ensure kitchens/lounge areas are clean and stocked.
  • Check office equipment is in working order.
  • Order stationery and handle administration tasks.
  • Report maintenance defects to Facilities Manager.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post.
  • Arrange couriers and access passes.

Location: Euston

Salary: Up to £35,000

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm

The Role
  • Providing a professional, proficient Front of House service with seamless coverage, politely greeting visitors & making them feel welcome.
  • Delivering a great customer experience for all of those using & working in the office for both internal & external customers.
  • Consistently maintaining exceptional levels of customer service.
Key Accountabilities
  • Meeting and greeting any visitors to the office and ensuring that the relevant person is informed of their arrival.
  • Dealing with facilities related queries from colleagues, visitors, contractors & providing assistance accordingly.
  • Maintaining a good relationship with the main building reception / security.
  • Housekeeping – proactively ensure that kitchens / lounge areas are kept clean, tidy and fully stocked at all times.
  • Ensure all meeting rooms are cleared after use ready for the next person or team to use.
  • Checking that office equipment i.e. copiers / AV equipment / kitchen equipment are in working order – reporting and following up on any faults.
  • Administration – Ordering stationery, kitchen stock, business lunches / raising purchase orders.
  • Reporting maintenance defects to the Facilities Manager.
  • Dealing with any incoming and outgoing post.
  • Arranging of any couriers.
  • Arranging of any new entry passes to the building and ensuring leavers are deactivated.
  • Ad-hoc and any other duties as requested by the Executive Assistant to Chief People Officer.
Experience
  • Experience of working Front of House in a busy office environment.
  • Basic understanding of Health & Safety regulations.
  • Efficient use of Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel & Word packages.
  • Proven customer service skills.
  • First Aid Trained (Or willingness to be trained).
