A leading recruitment agency is seeking a receptionist for a short-term assignment in Newport, UK. The role involves providing high-level customer service to visitors, managing the reception area, and handling inquiries via phone and email. The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer-facing position, such as in hotels or corporate environments, and possess fantastic communication skills. Professional attire is required, including a black/navy suit, white shirt, and appropriate footwear.
We are currently looking for a receptionist to work on our clients site within Newport working in the front of house team ensuring all tenants and visitors receive a 5* service.
The position is working in the front of house team working on the ground floor ensuring incoming visitors are seen to and assisted accordingly, emails and phone calls are answered and dealt with and dealing with any additional queries from visitors. There is also administrative duties involved.

Friendly, professional, bubbly personality.
Always be extremely well presented (must own a Black/Navy Suit with matching Blazer, White Shirt, Black Court Shoes (tie for male)).
Fantastic communication skills as you will be dealing with high profile clients.
