Meet and Greet Volunteer Phlebotomy Department Stoke Mandeville Hospital

This is a busy department and volunteers will support the staff by welcoming patients to the department, confirming their attendance and doing some basic admin tasks on the computer.

Time Commitment:

Mon, Tues, Wed 9-12:30pm

for a minimum of 6 months.

Volunteers must be a minimum of 18 years of age.

Key Tasks:

• Welcome patients to the department.

• Confirm the patient’s attendance on the computer.
• Printing off patient’s forms.
• Generally chatting to the patients and easing their experience within the department
• Admin tasks as required by staff
• Booking appointments for patients
