A prominent healthcare organization in Chelmsford is seeking a Reception & Admin Manager to oversee the administration team and ensure effective service delivery. The Beacon Health Group Partnership operates over three sites. The main site, Danbury Medical Centre is based in the village of Danbury. We have two smaller branch sites which are Mountbatten House Surgery (based in North Springfield) and Moulsham Lodge Surgery (based in central Chelmsford).
The Beacon Health Group is now able to offer our patients a wider variety of services ranging from chronic disease clinics to minor surgery services (performed within the new purpose built Minor Surgery Suite based at Danbury). We also provide Friday extended morning appointments between 7.00am-8.00am, and Monday evening appointments between 6.30pm-8.00pm provided by GPs, Pharmacists and Nurses.

Due to the size of our Group, the Beacon Health Group is an exceptionally diverse and forward thinking practice. Currently we are recruiting for the role of Reception & Admin Manager to join our team based across all our sites. The position will be for 37.5 hours per week with requirements to work from 8am - 18:30pm.
To be responsible for the efficient management and direction of the reception/administration team, ensuring all administrative duties are performed effectively and to the required standard, meeting the objectives of the practice.
To support the management team in promoting ED&I, SHEF, quality and continuous improvement, confidentiality, collaborative working, service delivery, learning and development and carry out other duties as directed by the management team
