Recent PhD Graduate – Complex Imaging Research
Are you a recent or upcoming PhD graduate who is interested in the development of new medical technology? Newton Colmore is working with a medical devices company who is looking for a talented scientist/engineer to work on next generation imaging technology.
This role will be at the front end of research and development and will give you an opportunity to work on brand new ideas and run with them through the experimental phase and readying the product for launch. This will include building your own prototypes, experiments, test rigs, and more, as you make meaningful progress through the development lifecycle. You will be joining a well-established team of inventors who will provide everything you need to make a success of this role, with support and mentoring as you transition from academia into industry.

To be considered for this role we are looking for people who have either recently finished a PhD or post-doc role which focused on imaging technology. The company considers people from different backgrounds, as long as you have a passion for high impact technology. Any knowledge of image segmentation, transducer design, electronics or metrology technology is highly desirable.
