Real Estate PSL - Birmingham

Are you an experienced real estate lawyer looking for your next strategic move outside of fee earning? We have an exciting opportunity to join a Top 100 UK Law firm as a Real Estate PSL. This role offers the chance to be part of a dynamic and forward-looking knowledge management team, including a senior experienced Professional Support Lawyer and a junior Legal Specialist, supporting a large national Real Estate department.

Key responsibilities include:

• Creating and maintaining precedents and practice notes, including document automation and AI-powered templates
• Providing legislative, case law, and policy updates
• Designing and delivering training programs for fee earners to develop their knowledge, including seminars and workshops
• Collaborating with other PSLs within the firm
• Supporting regulatory and compliance initiatives
• Working with Innovation and Business Transformation teams on internal systems relevant to Real Estate
• Assisting with articles and external publications in collaboration with Marketing and Bids teams
• Maintaining relationships with external organizations such as HM Land Registry and participating in industry events

Candidates should have 5+ PQE and demonstrate expertise in commercial real estate law, including landlord and tenant, asset management, investment, finance structures, and development projects. Prior PSL experience is advantageous but not essential if you are committed to transitioning into this role.
