Real Estate Finance Associate - Cardiff

Our client, a UK based Commercial law firm, is looking for an experienced Associate (4+ PQE) to join their leading Real Estate Finance team in Cardiff. You'll work on a wide variety of complex and high-value property finance matters, acting for major lenders and borrowers across the UK.

The Role
  • Advise lenders and borrowers on real estate finance deals
  • Draft and negotiate facility agreements, security documents, and other transactional contracts
  • Manage transactions from instruction to completion
  • Support senior colleagues on high-value cases while running your own caseload
  • Build strong client relationships with commercial, solution-focused advice
Candidate Requirements
  • Qualified Solicitor with 4+ years' PQE
  • Solid transactional real estate background with proven real estate finance experience
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Commercially astute, pragmatic, and client-focused
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive approach
