Our client, a prestigious Silver Circle law firm is seeking a junior to mid-level Real Estate Disputes Solicitor to join its market-leading team in London. About the Role

You will be part of a highly ranked and well-respected disputes team, advising a diverse and sophisticated client base on a wide range of contentious real estate matters. The team is regularly instructed on some of the most complex and high-value disputes in the UK, including landmark litigation and strategic advisory work.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Development-related disputes (e.g. rights of light, easements, site assembly)
  • Landlord and tenant matters (e.g. lease renewals, dilapidations, rent reviews)
  • Possession claims and trespasser actions
  • Business rates and CPO compensation
  • Telecommunications and leasehold enfranchisement
  • Professional negligence and transactional disputes

Candidate Profile

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales, ideally with 1–2.5 years’ PQE in real estate litigation (more or less experience will be considered)
  • Strong academic credentials and excellent technical legal skills
  • Experience managing client relationships and delivering high-quality service
  • A commercially minded, proactive approach with strong drafting and advocacy skills
