A leading UK technology and infrastructure provider is looking for a Maintenance Communications Engineer. This role involves ensuring the reliability of communication systems, performing maintenance and repairs, and supporting internal teams. Candidates should have a general understanding of communication systems and a full UK driving license. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Croydon.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair communication systems including CCTV, PAVA, and radio equipment.
• Monitor system performance and resolve issues to reduce downtime.
• Conduct routine inspections, tests, and preventative maintenance.

Skills

General understanding of communication systems

Flexibility to work during scheduled periods

Full UK driving licence

Tools

IP CCTV (e.g., Verint, Bosch)

PA Systems (amplifiers, PA routers)

Network switches (Cisco, HP)

Radio units (handheld and base stations)
