A community-focused organization in Birmingham seeks a Receptionist to provide excellent hospitality services to students, staff, and guests. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, managing enquiries, and ensuring smooth delivery of bookings for events on campus. Ideal candidates will have GCSEs in English and Maths, experience in a reception role, and strong communication skills. Flexible shifts including evenings and weekends are available.
Led by the Hospitality Manager, the reception team is responsible for providing a welcoming environment for students, staff and guests to reflect the Foundation’s ethos of hospitality, care, and community.
Reception staff will play a key role in providing excellent hospitality to students, staff, and guests, delivering smooth service for events and conferences alongside the needs of academic life on campus.
Flexible shifts (including term-time working) are available, with some evening and weekend work.
