Qualifications

• CPCS or MPQC card advantageous.
• Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Previous experience in quarrying or heavy industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate quarry plant and equipment safely.
• Assist with the extraction and handling of aggregates.
• Weigh and process materials on the weighbridge.

Skills

Competence in operating plant or machinery (e.g. loading shovel, excavator, dumper truck)

Understanding of health and safety practices

Good communication and teamwork skills

Reliable and punctual

Flexible to adapt to different tasks

Education

MPQC or NVQ Level 2 in Extractives Operations
