Responsibilities include preparing detailed budget estimates and cost plans, producing bills of quantities, tender documents and evaluations, compiling reports, and delivering effective cost management across a range of contracts.

The Role

• Quantity Surveying for Construction, Oil & Gas and Offshore projects
• Preparing estimates, cost plans and tender evaluations
• 37 hour working week, Tue-Thurs in office with Mon & Fri WFH

The Person

• Minimum 3-5 years' Quantity Surveying experience
• Background in Construction, Oil & Gas or Offshore projects
• Strong negotiation skills
