A local government council in Redditch seeks a qualified Quantity Surveyor to develop contract documentation and manage procurement for housing services. Candidates should have at least two years of experience in the construction industry and a degree in Quantity Surveying. The post holder will be responsible for the development of appropriate contract documentation, procurement of goods, services and works contracts across Housing Property Services. With the delivery of these contracts the post holder is responsible for the financial measurement and valuation of works, preparing interim payments and final accounts together with all necessary project related financial reports.
