Are you a driven Quantity Surveyor looking to elevate your career with a renowned, forward-thinking consultancy? A highly respected multidisciplinary Cost Management Consultancy is searching for an ambitious professional to join their London office, just a stone’s throw from Farringdon station.

The Quantity Surveyor Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be part of a dynamic and collaborative team of 15 specialists, delivering exciting projects across healthcare, education, commercial, residential, defence, and heritage sectors, with values ranging from £1m to £500m.

This consultancy is known for its people-first culture, offering a flat structure, genuine career progression, and a flexible hybrid working model (2-3 days in the office). You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of projects from inception to completion, develop key client relationships, and become a trusted leader within a forward-thinking, industry-renowned business.

The Quantity Surveyor – Requirements

The ideal Quantity Surveyor will be a driven and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in cost management. You should have:

• A RICS Accredited degree (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Construction Consultancy
• Pre and Post Contract Experience
• Previous experience working on projects from inception to completion
• MRICS is highly desirable or currently working towards
