Are you passionate about quality continuous improvement and leading high‑performing teams? We’re looking for an experienced Quality Lead Engineer to take ownership of a critical role within our organization. In this position, you’ll lead a dedicated team of Quality Engineers and Technicians, ensuring that our products and processes meet the highest standards of compliance and performance.
You’ll play a pivotal role in resolving complex quality issues using the 8D methodology, driving root cause analysis and implementing robust corrective actions. Beyond problem‑solving, you’ll champion continuous improvement by introducing new systems and processes aligned with our business strategy, fostering a culture of quality excellence across the site.
This role also involves managing supplier‑related quality challenges, overseeing PPAP and control plan creation, and monitoring process stability through data analysis. You’ll lead initiatives in Goods Inwards metrology and Inks QC while supporting KPI reporting and developing advanced metrology techniques to enhance laboratory efficiency.
