Main duties of the job

Reporting to the Quality & Governance Business Partner, youll play a key role in ensuring clinical and operational excellence across the region.

This is a field-based role requiring regular visits to centres, helping to foster a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and compliance. Youll contribute to internal inspections aligned with the CQC framework and support the delivery of our national Quality Strategy.

Your work will involve monitoring quality indicators, analysing data, reviewing risk registers, and supporting teams with technical advice and capacity building. Youll collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including clinical teams, centre managers, ICBs, and regulatory bodies.

  • Experience of working in a leadership role within the healthcare sector, either operationally, multi-site support, clinical or non-clinical
  • Excellent communication skills, able to build relationships across multiple teams and communication effectively
  • Excel Intermediate or above
  • Highly IT-literate; comfortable using Microsoft Word and Outlook, IT systems like Datix and Maxims, and internet-based applications such as SurveyMonkey and One Trust or similar
  • Proven ability to work in a multidisciplinary team, across organisational levels and departments
  • Internal and external stakeholder working and relationship building
  • Excellent analytical capability: able to anticipate obstacles and thinks ahead to draw logical solutions to problems
  • Experience and/or training in monitoring outcomes and effectiveness
