Do you have experience working as a Quality Engineer? Do you have experience working in the Aerospace sector? If so, this position could be perfect for you! Our client is a technology leader within the Aerospace market supporting defence, military, and commercial aerospace.

They are looking for an experienced Quality Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have previous Aerospace experience and be familiar with FMEA & RCCA.

Position Details
  • Role: Quality Engineer
  • Type: Permanent
  • Salary: Dependant on experience
  • Working hours: Monday-Thursday 08:00-16:30, Friday 08:00-15:00
  • Location: Coventry
Job Responsibilities
  • Drive improvements into the business from internal data analysis, customer & supplier inputs
  • Build understanding, interpret, and communicate customer requirements and ensure internal value streams & suppliers deliver Right First Time
  • Develop the entire supply chain (supplier base to customer) to deliver 100% quality & 100% delivery, utilizing & training modern tools such as Lean, RCCA, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP, FAI
  • Work in an inclusive and solutions-focused manner as a high-performing team player
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Ability to lead initiatives that improve products & processes
  • Knowledge of complex Quality Engineering processes and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to interpret internal/external business challenges and make recommendations for improvements to products, processes, or services
