Job description

This role is in support of Cencora's third‑party logistics service in the UK through our Alloga business. We are seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Quality Assurance Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with GDP, GMP, and ISO 9001 standards, supporting the QA department in maintaining high‑quality operational practices. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a flexible approach to work, excellent organizational skills, and a strong commitment to performance improvement.

Compliance and Reporting
  • Document and escalate client and customer complaints.
  • Review temperature records and ensure excursions are appropriately documented, investigated, and escalated.
  • Perform administrative release of products in the inventory system in accordance with internal procedures and client instructions.
  • Record and report medical/product complaints within specified timescales.
  • Maintain client‑specific documentation (SOPs) within the QMS and archive QA paperwork.
  • Quarantine stock as requested by clients and record details of quality incidents in the quality system.
Audits and Inspections
  • Participate in client and regulatory audits.
  • Perform periodic internal compliance inspections of operational areas to identify opportunities for improvement.
Administrative Support
  • Provide general administrative support to the QA department.
  • Maintain appropriate records of QA activities and complete KPIs relevant to the role.
  • Manage the shared email inbox and ensure timely communication with clients and other departments.
Collaboration and Communication
  • Communicate effectively with all departments, including supervisors, managers, customer services, and clients.
  • Carry out reasonable requests from senior management in line with training and experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to plan and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and a flexible approach to work.
  • Ability to use initiative and judgment effectively to make correct decisions.
Experience and Knowledge
