Set within a beautifully renovated former cricket pavilion, Bright Horizons New Beckenham Day Nursery & Preschool offers a warm, spacious, and well-resourced environment for early years professionals. The nursery features a large outdoor area and access to the adjacent cricket pitch, providing children with unique opportunities for outdoor learning and play.
We’re looking for a flexible working practitioner to join our Bright Flex / Bank team at our New Beckenham nursery, which is conveniently located near New Beckenham and Beckenham Junction stations, making the nursery ideal for commuters from across South London and also offers onsite parking.

Working as part of our Bright Flex / Bank team, you can blend the convenience of bank/ agency work, with the security and benefits of being an employee – giving you the best of both worlds!
Within this role, you will support colleagues with their delivery of the EYFS through engaging children in entertaining and educational activities, encouraging their development towards key milestones. You will also work as part of a larger team to ensure all essential day-to-day tasks are completed, such as room tidying and preparation.
