Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant - Reading

Are you a Psychology graduate eager to apply your knowledge in a rewarding educational setting?

A welcoming and inclusive SEN school in Reading is seeking a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team. This full-time role is ideal for graduates looking to gain hands‑on experience with children who have additional learning, social, and emotional needs.

You will work closely with students who may have Autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, or social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH). As a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant, you'll support pupils 1:1 and in small groups, helping them develop confidence, emotional awareness, and positive learning habits.

  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
