About the Role
To join our team, we are seeking a driven and customer-focused Property Resale Consultant with expertise in London’s vibrant real estate market. As the primary point of contact between real estate sellers and prospective purchasers, you will assist clients at each step of the resale process to ensure timely and successful transactions. In a competitive real estate market, you will use your knowledge of London’s neighbourhoods, market trends, and negotiating techniques to provide outstanding outcomes for both buyers and sellers.
Principal Duties
- Oversee the whole residential real estate sales process, including appraisals, listing preparation, advertising, showings, offer negotiations, and closing.
- Develop and maintain connections with real estate sellers to obtain exclusive resale listings, offering customised guidance on house staging, price, and market placement to optimise sale value.
- Utilise database management, networking, referral programs, and targeted outreach to find and interact with qualified buyers, including first-time purchasers, movers, and investors.
- To match properties with buyer specifications, conduct thorough property viewings that highlight important features, nearby amenities, transportation connections, and investment prospects.
- In accordance with UK real estate laws and ethical standards, negotiate bids between buyers and sellers to guarantee equitable, win-win solutions.
- Work together with surveyors, mortgage consultants, conveyancers, and other interested parties to expedite the transaction, address any hold-ups, and guarantee a seamless closing.
- In order to inform client strategies, track and evaluate London’s resale market trends, including price fluctuations, inventory levels, and legislative changes (such as stamp duty and planning policies).
- To increase property visibility and draw in buyers, produce eye-catching marketing collateral, digital content, and property listings (for sites like Rightmove, Zoopla, and social media).
- To monitor progress and maximise effectiveness, keep thorough records of customer interactions, transactions, and market data using CRM software.
Requirements
- At least two years of proven experience selling residential real estate, with an emphasis on resale transactions in London.
- Excellent understanding of the London real estate market, including trends unique to particular neighbourhoods, types of properties (such as period homes, apartments, and terraced houses), and nearby facilities.
- Proven ability to achieve or surpass sales goals, as evidenced by a portfolio of profitable resale deals.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiating abilities that enable the development of trust with customers from a variety of backgrounds.
- Knowledge of UK conveyancing procedures, contract processes, real estate laws, and compliance standards.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, CRM software (such as Reapit and CFPwinMan), and property listing platforms (such as Rightmove and Zoopla).
- Possession of a car (preferably) and a current UK driver’s license are required to conduct viewings in London.
- Proactive, results-oriented mentality, excellent organisational abilities, and the capacity to oversee several clients and transactions at once.
Type of Job: Full-time
Salary: between £25,000.00 and £30,000.00 annually
