Property Manager

Location: HA6 Area

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per year

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm, plus every other Saturday, 9am - 3pm (day off in lieu)

Our client is a growing, market-leading independent estate agency seeking a highly organised and proactive Property Manager to join the team in the HA6 area.

The Role
  • Manage lettings administration, from referencing through to move-in.
  • Act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants.
  • Keep the CRM system up to date with all tenancy and property communications.
  • Notify utility companies and local authorities of tenancy changes, including meter readings.
  • Schedule inspections, check-ins, and check-outs.
  • Handle tenant maintenance queries, liaising with landlords and contractors.
  • Raise, monitor, and approve contractor work orders and invoices.
  • Oversee compliance tasks (Gas Safety, EPC, EICR, etc.).
  • Monitor rent arrears and follow arrears procedures.
  • Manage the deposit return process and liaise between landlords and tenants.
  • Prepare documentation for potential court cases.
  • Respond professionally to landlord and tenant complaints.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous property management/lettings experience preferred.
  • Strong administrative and multitasking skills.
  • A "can-do" attitude with the ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work well under pressure.
