Salary: £28,000 Basic salary (OTE £34,300), a vast range of company benefits

As a Property Manager at Signature Properties, you'll play a crucial role in our business. Your excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to build professional relationships are not just essential to our success, but they also contribute to our mission of upholding the highest standards in managing and maintaining every property in our portfolio.

Role Accountabilities:

  • Oversee the maintenance of the portfolio
  • Conduct routine Inspections
  • Conduct the entire checkout process, including checkouts, deposit returns, closing accounts
  • Inventories for ingoing tenants
  • Renewal of AST Agreements
  • Maintain and update the online database
  • Chase outstanding rental income
  • Issue relevant Notices
  • Assist with implementing legislation changes
  • Assist with portfolio audits

Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

  • Previous Property Management experience essential (2 years minimum)
  • Be a strong team player with a good work ethic
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Have the ability to prioritise tasks and excel under pressure.
  • A commitment to high standards and keen attention to detail.
  • Awareness of property management processes and legislation
  • A complete, clean driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential to the role
