My client is delivering a major regeneration project in Greenwich. This is a long-term, design-led venture focused on creating a new, thriving community for over 30,000 future residents. The team is collaborative, ambitious, and dedicated to delivering exceptional service to residents, investors, and visitors.

The Role

They are looking for a Property Manager to oversee a small portfolio of residential apartments, ensuring proactive management, efficiency, and outstanding customer service. This role is well-suited to someone with around a year\'s experience in property management who is eager to develop their career in a supportive environment. You will begin with a very manageable portfolio, receiving training and guidance from the outset to help you build confidence, learn the ropes, and progress within the role.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of properties to a high standard, ensuring maintenance, compliance, and tenant satisfaction.
  • Respond to tenant and landlord enquiries, resolving issues efficiently using approved contractors and internal teams.
  • Conduct regular inspections, manage end-of-tenancy processes, and oversee deposit returns.
  • Monitor rent collection, address arrears, and advise on legal or insurance actions when needed.
  • Support tenancy renewals and coordinate seamless transitions during re-marketing.
Experience Required
  • Minimum 1 year\'s experience in residential property management. You will receive thorough training and be eased into the portfolio.
  • Understanding of tenancy legislation and maintenance processes.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Customer-focused and proactive in problem-solving.
