Property Litigation Solicitor – Our client is a well-established and respected full-service law firm with a strong reputation in property and dispute resolution. They are looking to appoint a Senior Property Litigation Solicitor (4+ PQE) to join its growing litigation team at either their London or Essex offices.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Solicitor seeking greater responsibility, exposure to high-quality work, and the chance to play a key role in developing the firm’s property litigation offering.
As a Senior Property Litigation Solicitor, you will manage a broad caseload of property disputes, including landlord and tenant, leasehold, service charge, boundary, and development matters. You will be acting for a diverse client base of commercial organisations, landlords, tenants, and private individuals, you will provide clear, strategic advice while also supporting junior team members through supervision and mentoring. Alongside casework, you will contribute to business development, strengthen client relationships, and play a key role in the growth of the property litigation practice.
