The Role

• You will be advising on real estate litigation matters including: Neighbour and Boundary Disputes, Party Wall Disputes, Building Disputes, Co-ownership Disputes, Restrictive Covenants, enforcement and variation, Breach of Covenants, Termination of Leases and Forfeiture, Rent and Service Charge Disputes, Easement (e.g. rights of way) Disputes, Dilapidations Disputes, Business Lease Renewals and Terminations, Adverse Possession

Requirements

• Experienced Property Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive, 2+ years PQE
• Energetic and enthusiastic, with good communication skills
• Able to work well under pressure and to set deadlines
