A leading property management firm in Romford is seeking an experienced Property Inspection Clerk to conduct property inspections, compile detailed reports, and manage tenant communications. Responsibilities include visiting properties to ensure their condition, mediating between landlords and tenants for maintenance issues, and preparing necessary paperwork when disputes arise. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, attention to detail, and IT proficiency. Comprehensive training is provided, along with opportunities for professional accreditation.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Inspection Clerk to join a Lettings department covering ROMFORD in Essex working 5 full days a week Monday to Friday.
The successful candidates who fulfil this varied role will spend much of each working day visiting properties to undertake various tasks which include the production of condition inspections to ensure they remain in good condition, produce reports to evidence and dispatch to the relevant landlord.
Working between 8.30am – 5.30pm.
21 days plus Bank Holidays. Annual entitlement increases in line with length of service.
Successful candidates will receive comprehensive training , both initially and thereafter throughout their career.
Professional accreditations can also be acquired and our client’s will fund the full cost of the relevant course material.
